Complaint handling
We are sorry to hear that the product you ordered is not to your liking. We are happy to ensure that the complaint is resolved satisfactorily as quickly as possible!
Sales and direct sales products cannot be exchanged and/or returned.

Please state the reason for the complaint/defect, your name and address details, order number and the product in question. Also add photos of defects/complaints. After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us. We are happy to help you with a suitable solution. You will receive our instructions by email within 2 working days.
During this period, consumers will handle products and packaging with care. You open the packaging or use the product only to the extent necessary to assess whether you want to keep the product. We would like to receive products with all included accessories and in their original condition and packaging.
Conditions for return orders depend on the product type.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process it further. We will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment.
